Slabinto runs the process. The building work is contracted between you and the contractor.
Slabinto provides the template and holds a copy in your document vault. The contract for the building work is between you and the contractor — Slabinto is not the builder.
Each milestone is inspected and documented with photos and a report before it can be marked complete.
Milestone payments sit in escrow and are released only after you approve that stage. A retention amount is held back until handover.
If the work or the bill is disputed, we mediate. If the relationship cannot be repaired, the remaining scope is re-tendered to another verified contractor at the rates already agreed.
Warranties are given by the contractor and written into your agreement. Slabinto keeps the drawings, bills, test reports and warranty documents in your vault, and mediates warranty disputes.
